WHO WE ARE:
We are Providence Bartlett, a church located on Germantown Road in Bartlett, TN. Our mission is to lead people to Jesus and encourage them to grow in their faith. We would love to see you worship with us on Sunday mornings. Services are about an hour long, with a time of worship music before a message each week. Childcare for ages 0-6 is available during the service.
WHAT WE BELIEVE:
We believe in the divine inspiration of both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible, the creation of man by the direct act of God, and the incarnation and virgin birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We affirm Christ's identity as the Son of God, His atonement for the sins of mankind through the shedding of His blood on the cross; the resurrection of His body from the tomb, and His power to save all from sin.
When a person becomes a follower of Christ by placing faith in Him, that person is made a new creation through rebirth and regeneration by the Holy Spirit, and given the gift of eternal life by the grace of God.
We believe the entire Bible to be the perfect, inerrant Word of God, and that God calls us to be students of His Word, continuing to grow, serve, and obey Him each day we are given.
Providence began in 1918 as Hollywood Baptist.
Since then, we have grown, moved, ministered and served our community according to our mission and beliefs.
