Providence Kids
Fall 2024 is exciting for our Children's ministry! We will have family style meals at 5:00 on Wednesday evenings followed by AWANA Kids Clubs, starting at 6:00pm.
We also have some pretty special weeks planned, and we hope to see you and your kiddos there!
Awana is focused on providing Bible-based evangelism and discipleship solutions for ages 2-18. As the global leader in child and youth discipleship, Awana gives children the opportunity to know, love and serve Jesus, no matter their background. Providence is proud to provide this ministry to our community for children in grades PreK through 6th.
AWANA Clubs & Age Groups
Cubbies
4-5 yrs old
Cubbies® celebrates the spiritual potential of children by helping them develop respect for God, His Son and His Word. In Awana Cubbies, kids learn basic truths about God, Jesus and salvation through fun handbooks, picture teaching cards and more. These flexible lessons, awards, games and teaching plans come together to create a welcoming space for kids to learn and grow.
Sparks
kindergarten - 2nd grade
Sparks® ignites the curiosity of early elementary-age kids to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ. To many children in kindergarten to second grade, Sparks is the highlight of the week! They love their red vests, the exciting games and spending time with leaders and friends.
3rd - 6th grade
The T&T (Truth & Training) curriculum teaches kids the truth of God's Word, trains them to follow Him and practice His grace. In this 4 year curriculum series, kids will explore the fundamental doctrines of Christianity. By encouraging kids to engage in highly biblical and highly relational discipleship, T&T helps students to grow and develop as lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.
